The Definitive Collection

This collection has many songs from the 70s to the 90s by Whitesnake. The songs are blues rock, hard rock, and heavy metal. Some of my favorites are the 80s songs "Here I Go Again" and "Is This Love". Other songs I like are "Don't Break My Heart Again", "Walking in the Shadow of the Blues", "Slide It In", "Fool for Your Loving", "Judgement Day", "Now You're Gone", "Give Me All Your Love", "Still of the Night", and "Pride and Joy".

Santana - Abraxas

Abraxas

Abraxas is from 1970 and is Santana's second album. The songs are Latin rock, blues rock, and jazz fusion. My favorites are "Singing Winds, Crying Beasts", "Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen", "Incident at Neshabur", "Hope You're Feeling Better", and "El Nicoya". The 1998 edition also has live versions of "Se a Cabo", "Toussaint L'Overture", and "Black Magic Woman/Gypsy Queen". I also like their Caravanserai album.

This collection has many songs from the 60s and 70s of rock band The Doors. "Light My Fire" and "Hello, I Love You" are my favorite songs. Some others I like are "Break on Through (To the Other Side)", "People Are Strange", "Touch Me", "Love Her Madly", "Riders on the Storm", "Strange Days", and "L.A. Woman".

This blues rock album from 1971 by Janis Joplin and the Full Tilt Boogie Band is my favorite. Songs here are "Move Over", "Me and Bobby McGee", "Cry Baby", "A Woman Left Lonely", "Half Moon", "Buried Alive in the Blues", "My Baby", "Mercedes Benz", "Trust Me", and "Get It While You Can". "Me and Bobby McGee" is one of my favorite Janis Joplin songs. I also like Box of Pearls: The Janis Joplin Collection.

This is a big collection of Janis Joplin's many songs on several albums. My favorites are "Piece of My Heart" and "Me and Bobby McGee". Some other songs I like are "Ball and Chain", Try (Just a Little Bit Harder)", "One Good Man", "As Good As You've Been to This World ", "Tell Mama", "Bye, Bye Baby", "Blindman", "The Last Time", "Turtle Blues", "Down On Me", "Get It While You Can", "Magic of Love", and "Catch Me Daddy". Many more songs are here, along with live versions of songs and outtakes.

Led Zeppelin IV is a strong album of rock music. From 1971, it has one of the best rock songs ever; "Stairway to Heaven". Other songs here are "Black Dog", "Rock and Roll", "Misty Mountain Hop", "The Battle of Evermore", "Four Sticks", "Going to California", and "When the Levee Breaks". I also like their Houses of the Holy and Physical Graffiti albums.

This 1971 album is John Lennon's second solo album and is my favorite one. The songs are rock and blues rock. My favorite is "Imagine". Other songs here are "Crippled Inside", "Jealous Guy", "It's So Hard", "I Don't Wanna Be a Soldier", "Gimme Some Truth", "How Do You Sleep?", "Oh My Love", "How?", and "Oh Yoko!". I also like his John Lennon/Plastic Ono Band, Mind Games, and Lennon Legend: The Very Best of John Lennon albums.

Led Zeppelin's 1975 album Physical Graffiti, is a great album of rock music. It is my favorite Led Zeppelin album. My favorite songs are "Custard Pie" and "Trampled Under Foot". Other songs here are "The Rover", "In My Time of Dying", "Houses of the Holy", "Kashmir", "In the Light", "Bron-Yr-Aur", "Down By the Seaside", "Ten Years Gone", "Night Flight", "The Wanton Song", "Boogie with Stu", "Black Country Woman", and "Sick Again". I also like their Led Zeppelin IV and Houses of the Holy albums.
